Certified Battery is a retail ecommerce site owned by Pacific Citadel Capital, Inc. PCC holds the Master distribution rights for UpStart Battery. We incorporated in 1997 and have just celebrated our ten year anniversary. We are very proud to be the primary source for UpStart Battery in Canada and the US.
Our Head Office is located in beautiful Vancouver, BC, where the flowers are always out and the sun is always shining... at least when it is not raining! You can also find us at our Distribution Warehouse in Blaine, WA.
