Certified Battery will accept returns for refund of all products, excluding those listed at the bottom of this section, so long as the RMA request is received within 30 days from date of purchase.
Products, services and other items excluded from the Return Policy are not refundable. See list of excluded products below.
Products must be returned complete with all packaging, manuals, literature and cables, and must be carefully packaged to ensure no damage on the return shipment. Opened packages are fine on most items.
RMA Numbers must be obtained via this authorization form. Once you have the RMA number, please send us the returned item with the RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the package. Shipping must be prepaid, except in the case of an order fulfillment error. All returns must be sent to the head office location in Canada. If the item is being returned for repair or replacement under the manufacturer's warranty, we will pay the return shipping to to you on the repaired / replacement item. Replacements under the lifetime warranty program supplement by CB have special fulfillment requirements. Please see the Warranty section for more information.
Important: batteries or other products that have been shipped to CB for recycling are recycled immediately and are not available to be returned to sender, even if product purchased is refunded.
Beyond 30 days from purchase, Manufacturer’s Warranty on product will apply, supplimented, if applicable, by CB’s Lifetime Warranty on eligible products. See Warranty section for further information.
Excluded from Return Policy: opened packages of Non-rechargeable batteries, shipping fees, gift certificates, installation services.
